​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Founder of Integrated Treatment Consulting. My specializations include individuals, families and relationships with co-occurring and complex mental health, substance use, problem gambling and personality disorders. I have a special interest in women and couples who are experiencing a broad spectrum of fertility challenges, including but not limited to pregnancy losses, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments, and postpartum concerns. 


For almost two decades, I have provided clinical treatment and consultation to various individuals and programs throughout the state of California. Previously, I worked as a Clinical Supervisor at the UCSD Outpatient Psychiatric Services, Community Research Foundations, and Union of Pan Asian Communities. As a dynamically trained therapist, my focus is to help resolve a wide range of emotional hardships by processing difficult mixed feelings, regulate anxieties, and identify defenses that inhibit effective coping strategies. I also have extensive training in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), and Eye Movement ​Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).​
